1.1 SilumosNesejas.lt – e-shop located at www. SilumosNesejas.lt.
1.2 Buyer – 1) legal entity; 2) a natural person with legal capacity, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not restricted by a court order; (3) a minor between the ages of fourteen and eighteen who has the consent of his or her parents or guardians, except where he or she is emancipated; 4) duly authorized representatives of all the above persons.
1.3 Registered User – a person who is registered SilumosNesejas.lt and has an account.
1.4 Visitor - the person browsing the SilumosNesejas.lt.
1.5 Account – the result of the Buyer's registration SilumosNesejas.lt, as a result of which an account (account) storing his personal data and order history is created.
1.6 Privacy Policy – this document, which contains the main rules for the collection, accumulation, processing and storage of Personal Data using the SilumosNesejas.lt.
1.7 SilumosNesejas.lt partner – a legal entity: 1) selling goods or providing services SilumosNesejas.lt, as well as a legal entity used to fulfill an order SilumosNesejas.lt; 2. with whom the joint shares or projects are carried out SilumosNesejas.lt, published on the websites of this legal entity or in any media on which the SilumosNesejas.lt and the share or project of this legal entity will be described.
1.8 Personal data – any information relating to a natural person – a data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly established by using data such as a personal identification number, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social characteristics of a person.
1.9 The controller of personal data is SilumosNesejas.lt.
1.10 Services – all SilumosNesejas.lt services provided to the Buyer.
1.11 A cookie is a small file that is sent to the device when any person visits SilumosNesejas.lt. This concept includes not only cookies, but also the use of similar means.
1.12 Password – a unique combination of letters and numbers created by the Buyer and known only to him, which is entered for the first time when registering SilumosNesejas.lt, and later in order to log in to the Account.
1.13 Browser – Is an application for displaying web pages (web pages) on the Web or on a personal computer.
1.14 Administrator – the person responsible for marketing SilumosNesejas.lt.
1.15 IP address – Each computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number, which is known as an Internet Protocol (IP) address. Since these numbers are usually assigned by country blocks, the IP address can often be used to identify the country where the computer is connected to the Internet.
1.16 Rules – approved by the valid "Rules for the purchase and sale of goods in the e-shop SilumosNesejas.lt".
1.17 Direct marketing is an activity aimed at offering goods or services to individuals by post, telephone or other direct means and /or to inquire about their opinion on the goods or services offered.
2. General provisions
2.1 The Privacy Policy regulates the Buyer's basic principles and procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data.
2.2 The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer's personal data is established by the Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
2.3 By indicating his personal data, the Buyer agrees that SilumosNesejas.lt will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedures provided for in the Privacy Policy and legal acts.
2.4 SilumosNesejas.lt follows the following basic principles of personal data processing:
2.4.1 Personal data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes.
2.4.2 Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.
2.4.3 Personal data is processed lawfully, i.e. only in cases where:
2.4.3.1 the data subject gives his consent, i.e. agrees to comply with the "Rules for the purchase and sale of goods in the e-shop SilumosNesejas.lt";
2.4.3.2 a contract is concluded or executed when one of the parties is the data subject;
2.4.3.3 SilumosNesejas.lt is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;
2.4.3.4 personal data must be processed for the legitimate interest pursued by the SilumosNesejas.lt or SilumosNesejas.lt partner to whom the personal data is provided and if the interests of the data subject are not more important.
2.4.4 Personal data is constantly updated.
2.4.5 Personal data shall be stored for no longer than is required by the established purposes of data processing.
2.4.6 Personal data is processed only by those employees who have been granted such a right.
2.4.7 All information about the personal data processed is confidential.
2.5 SilumosNesejas.lt saves information (cookies) on the visitors' computer (device). "cookies").
2.5.1 The recorded information is used to recognize the SilumosNesejas.lt as a previous visitor of the SilumosNesejas.lt, to collect website traffic statistics.
2.5.2 The Visitor can view what information (cookies) SilumosNesejas.lt recorded and can delete the saved cookies.

3. Collection, processing, storage of personal data
3.1 The Buyer's personal data, SilumosNesejas.lt the information specified in the registration form, are collected and processed for the following purposes:
3.1.1 to process the Buyer's orders for goods;
3.1.2 issue VAT invoices;
3.1.3 organize the presentation and delivery of goods;
3.1.4 to fulfill other contractual obligations;
3.1.5 for direct marketing purposes.
3.2 During the registration SilumosNesejas.lt, the Buyer must provide complete and correct personal data.
3.3 SilumosNesejas.lt processing and storing the personal data of Buyers and Registered Users, implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.
3.4 SilumosNesejas.lt has the right to use data that is not directly related to the Buyer for statistical purposes, i.e. data on the purchased goods. Such statistical data is collected and processed in such a way as not to allow the disclosure of the Buyer's personal identity or other personal data, according to which the identity of the person could be established.
4. Modification/updating and transfer of personal data to third parties
4.1 SilumosNesejas.lt reserves the right to transfer information to third parties for the implementation of the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and in other cases in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.2 The Buyer and other Registered Users have the right to change and / or update the information provided in the account at any time.
5. Transmission of information or claims
5.1 The Buyer or the Registered User, having authorized the processing of his personal data, has the right to:
5.1.1 to request to correct, destroy your personal data or suspend, except for storage, the processing of your personal data when the data is processed without complying with the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws;
5.1.2 to object to the processing of his personal data.
5.2 SilumosNesejas.lt upon receipt of the Buyer's request for the processing of personal data, must provide a response no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the request. Only requests for the processing of personal data that are submitted in writing by e-mail info(eta)SilumosNesejas.lt are considered.
6. Changing/updating the Privacy Policy
6.1 SilumosNesejas.lt has the right to amend the Privacy Policy in part or in full.
6.2 Additions or amendments to the Privacy Policy shall take effect from the date of their publication SilumosNesejas.lt.
6.3 If the Buyer does not agree with the new version, he has the right to refuse it in writing by e-mail info(eta)SilumosNesejas.lt. By not agreeing to the Privacy Policy, the Buyer loses the right to use SilumosNesejas.lt services.
6.4 If, after supplementing or amending the Privacy Policy, the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the SilumosNesejas.lt, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new version.
